Elevated Smiles Advantage Program
At Rise and Shine Pediatric Dentistry, we believe that everyone should have access to affordable and quality dentistry. After all, dental care is a health necessity, not a luxury. Our Elevated Smiles Advantage Program offers treatment to all uninsured patients! It is easy to join and the best way to take care of your children’s oral (and overall) health. All you have to do is commit to regular 6-month cleanings and you will enjoy quality dental care with access to savings on treatments all year long!
Here’s What You Get:
- Exams and cleanings (two per calendar year)
- Radiographs (as needed)
- Fluoride varnish (two applications per year)
- All other procedures at a 30% discount
Here’s What it Costs:

- | 0-11 years | $425
- | 12-18 years | $500
Here’s What You Need to Know:
- No yearly maximum and no waiting period to begin using the benefits of the program.
- No setup fee.
- This is a calendar-year contract. Similar to a dental insurance policy, it is a “use it or lose it” policy, and benefits will not roll over into the next calendar year.
- Fees for procedures are due at the time of service, less the applicable 30% discount.
- Discounted fees are only available for treatment performed in our office by Dr. Villaseñor. Certain procedures or products—including hospital or anesthesia fees and services provided by other specialist offices to which patients are referred—are not eligible for discounts.
- Family plans can only cover dependents under 18 years of age who live in the household.
- Coverage must be continuous, and patients may not utilize dental insurance benefits during the enrollment period. Rates are subject to change yearly.
- If a patient decides to leave the practice for any reason, they are not eligible for a refund. If Dr. Villaseñor decides it is best for the patient to see another practitioner, a partial refund will be issued based on the cost difference between the services received and the amount paid for enrollment.
